I am a Registered Dietitian who specializes in preventive cardiovascular nutrition and weight loss counseling. I also have a deep interest in pre & post natal nutrition as well as infant and toddler nutrition...these new interests developed as I went through my first pregnancy and they continue to develop as my daughter grows (she'll be 2 in a few weeks!).

ReplyDeleteI can't stop eating at around 3 PM. Is there anything I can eat so I don't feel so hungry before dinner? I also feel so hungry at around 8 PM what can I do to stop this cycle?
